Mouth-Watering Choco-Lava cakes

Melt 100g of chocolate with 50g of butter. Add 80g of sugar, 3 eggs, and 25g of flour. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into muffin tins and add a square of chocolate in the middle.

Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 230°C.
