French Special: Cannelés

 

                                      

Recipe (english version):

Boil 25cl of whole milk, 25g butter, vanilla.

Mix 50g flour and 125g of sugar. Add 1 egg + 1 yolk and 5cl of flavoring (or alcohol). Mix and add the filtered and warmed milk.

Leave to cool (approximately 24 hours).

The next day, preheat the oven to 210°C. Fill the molds leaving 5mm. Bake for 45-50 minutes (or 1 hour 15 minutes if large cannelés).
